This is a full-time, on-site position that supports our NFIP Direct contract. Starting wage : $38,693- $48,367, DOE and overtime eligible. How will you contribute? You will significantly contribute to the underwriting process by managing flood insurance policies, reviewing documentation and insurance premiums, and ensuring that proper underwriting procedures comply with federal rules and regulations.
Requirements :
Skills & Experience to Be Successful : If you have experience in customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and critical thinking skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will excel in this role.
Preferred Skills to Stand Out :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in flood insurance underwriting or related experience preferred.
- Associate in the National Flood Insurance certification preferred.
- Knowledge and Training specific to underwriting processes including policy cancellations, endorsements, and renewals.
Salary : $38,693 - $48,367
