What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Regulatory Reporting Governance position at Taurus Search?
Leading Investment Bank is looking for a Director to join their Regulatory Reporting team. This individual will be responsible for preparing and reviewing various US Bank Regulatory Reports. The Director, will also be responsible for supporting the governance function for the regulatory reports.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and review Federal Reserve Reports, such as ( FR Y-9C, FR Y-15, FFIEC 031, FFIEC 002, FR2644 and FR 2900 etc.)
- Support the governance function of all regulatory reports, which include trainings, interpretation forums, handling communication with key stakeholders
- Reconcile reporting data to GL
- Monitor and ensure that changes in the reporting instructions and accounting standards made by the regulatory authorities are incorporated within the reports submitted
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting major is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or related field in banking industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting tools such as Axiom is preferred
- Experience in BI tools such as Alteryx or Power Bi is preferred
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
