My client, is looking for a Managing Director, Regulatory Reporting to manage all aspects of the bank's regulatory reporting process. This role will report directly into the CAO and will build out the regulatory reporting team:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit the regulatory reports, such as the FR Y-9C/LP, FR Y-15, FFIEC 041, FR Y-14Q/M to the FRB.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of regulatory reporting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the regulatory reporting platform.
- The Director, Regulatory Reporting will be the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, will manage examinations, audits and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess impacts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field
- 10 years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking or financial services industry
- Experience producing the FR Y-9C/FRY-9LP, FFIEC Call Reports, FR Y-15, or FR Y-14
- Hands on experience with Axiom or a similar platform
- CPA or CFA preferred
Salary : $225,000 - $260,000
