My client, a leading Investment Bank in Jersey City is looking for a VP, Capital Adequacy to join their team. The VP, Capital Adequacy is responsible for managing the IHC’s regulatory capital and RWA calculations and reporting under US Basel III rules.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Produce external and internal reporting and analytics for Regulatory Capital and RWA.
- Provide management support with a focus on Credit and Market Risk RWA calculations.
- Work on initiatives such as automation, internal reporting/analytics and capital optimization in addition to the regulatory reporting duties.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Basel III End Game reporting framework.
- Produce accurate and repeatable reporting solutions along with robust analytics on a monthly basis and on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a financial discipline (Accounting preferred) with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Bank regulatory reporting experience with Basel III capital rules.
- Experience producing and filing schedule HC-R of the FRY-9C report.
