My client, is looking for a VP, Regulatory Issue Management to join their growing team. The VP, Regulatory Issue Management will be responsible for issue management across a broad range of regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Regulatory Reporting across FR Y-9C, FFIEC 009, FFIEC 002, FR2052a or liquidity reports, etc.
- Identify issues across a broad range of regulatory and risk reports and assess how the issues impact each report.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify critical issues, gaps and inefficiencies, across reports.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business/governance/data governance and IT stakeholders to identify additional areas of risk and procuring their help in solving complex issues.
- Track and manage incidents and understand how the processes flow through the systems.
Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience within Financial Services
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Issue Management experience across a broad range of regulatory requirements in other banks or financial institutions
- Jira knowledge
- Analytical knowledge
- Strong communication/soft skills needed
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
