We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Foreman to join our construction team. Responsibilities
- Follow schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of concrete work.
- Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, trowels, and other hand tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in project scheduling and contribute to construction estimating processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction site operations, including safety regulations and best practices.
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding contract documents.
- Experience with project scheduling tools is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
