Taussig Landscape LLC is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Nursery Associates to join our Garden Center team! This position supports the Retail Operations Manager by assisting with daily tasks to maintain an inviting and well-stocked garden center. Retail Nursery Associates work closely with customers, providing expert recommendations on plants, gardening supplies, and care techniques to help them achieve their landscaping and gardening goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers by offering knowledgeable advice on plant selection, care, and gardening products.
Maintain the health and appearance of plants through watering, stock rotation, and deadheading.
Ensure the garden center remains organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Restock shelves, update product displays, and manage plant inventory as needed.
Handle sales transactions and assist with loading purchases for customers.
Provide a welcoming and helpful atmosphere to enhance the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in retail, horticulture, or customer service is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is key!
Passion for plants, gardening, and customer service.
Ability to work in an outdoor environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
