The ideal candidate would have previous sales experience in a contract or fulltime staffing environment, preferably working with large enterprises in a fast-paced environment. Requirements :
- Implement innovative and relationship-driven techniques to attract new customers and reinforce existing customer business.
- Maintain bountiful relationships with customers and address their hiring needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver a variety of pitches to customers that reinforce the Tava brand.
- Foster a collaborative, cross-selling driven environment within Tava.
- Hunter mentality.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work with client hiring managers to schedule interviews.

- Provide general administrative support, and other duties, as assigned.
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
