This role will include leading developers, align business needs to potential software solutions communicating risks and roadmaps, enhancing software running on instruments as well as clients computing environments within a cross-functional environment. What You Will Do
- Lead the C# effort
- Work within a formal development process covering the full development lifecycle.
- Provide code and supporting documentation in accordance with the coding guidelines, quality processes and applicable procedures, including team's definition of done.
- Keep a pro-active attitude to ensure continuous improvement of the software quality, work process and individual skills.
- Provide contributions to the application architecture with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Provide product specific and technical support to internal and external users where appropriate.
- You will be working closely with development team in evaluating current systems and making design decisions on future development.
- As new technologies emerge and impact our systems, continuous learning and active involvement in integrating them with our systems.
- 5 years of experience in C# development, with a strong understanding of the .NET framework.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience developing and maintain RESTful APIs and WCF Services
- Highly skilled in web interface technologies: HTML, JavaScript, Angular, REST API, SOAP, and XML technologies
- Advanced understanding and experience in OO design
- Experience working within an Agile Methodology
