About the Role - You will assume a pivotal, client-facing role dedicated to fostering the expansion of our AI-accelerated application development services. Here, the emphasis is on using AI to boost productivity in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements, UX design, coding, test automation, DevOps, and maintenance. (We have other teams focused on adding AI features to products and solutions, so that is not the primary focus of this role

Responsibilities -

Strategic Leadership : Lead the growth of our AI-accelerated application development services business through client engagement and strategic initiatives.
Service Definition and Packaging : Define and package our AI-accelerated software development offering, aligning it with the capabilities of our Delivery team, market demand, and competitive offerings.
Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
Sales Support and Client Engagement : Take ownership of sales support activities, including creating compelling collateral, conducting technical demos, and addressing client concerns related to AI-driven software development.
Continuous Learning and Innovation : Personally experiment with the latest tools and technologies in AI-driven software development, ensuring that our offerings remain at the forefront of industry innovation.

Qualifications -

Hands-On Experience : Must have a background in hands-on software development earlier in their career, providing a solid foundation for understanding technical intricacies and challenges.

Leadership Track Record : Leadership experience should include leading software development teams in a managerial or technical capacity, demonstrating the ability to drive results and foster innovation.

Sales and Project Management : While beneficial, backgrounds in sales and project management are less critical compared to technical and leadership competencies.

Required Skills -

Technical Expertise : Proficiency in software development, architecture, and processes, with hands-on experience in leveraging generative AI tools across the entire software development lifecycle.

Innovative Mindset : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI for software development and proactively integrate new technologies and approaches into our service offerings.

Consultative Approach : Demonstrate strong consulting skills to guide clients toward optimal solutions, addressing their concerns related to regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, data privacy, and security.

Leadership Experience : Previous experience leading software development teams either as an engineering manager or technical architect, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
