Tavern in the Square Salem; proudly independent, proudly local to be, and powerfully tied to community, an evolution of the classic neighborhood restaurant is in search of passionate and creative leaders for its newest location.
Seeking Qualifications:
-Experience is operating volume $5M annually
-3 years of management experience in a full service casual restaurant
-Must have experience in managing all aspects of the Front of the House
-Must be organized, detailed and motivated to succeed
-Must possess leadership skills, and the ability to be a team leader, are essential
-The ability to motivate, educate and develop staff
-Strong work ethic

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
