We are now accepting applications for a Banquet Chef who will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of all culinary aspects of events within the restaurant. The Banquet Chef will be working closely with the kitchen team to ensure high quality food presentation, consistency, and timely delivery. The Banquet Chef will also coordinate with the Events Team to meet specific dietary needs and client requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cooking techniques (sautéing, grilling, roasting, poaching)
  • Proven experience in a banquet/event kitchen environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients, event planners, and kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
