Role Overview:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations while taking ownership of the beverage program. This role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Management:
- Oversee the beverage program, including inventory, ordering, and menu development.
- Collaborate with bartenders to create seasonal cocktails and curate wine pairings.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations.
- Leadership & Operations:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements
