Accounts Payable Clerk

Qualifications:
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese (required).
Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Related work experience is a plus.
Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Accurate data entry, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word at an entry to intermediate level; experience with SAP is a plus.
Highly confidential, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and review accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
Manage daily payment activities.
Maintain account ledgers, post account transactions, process check requests, ensure invoice approvals, and respond to vendor inquiries.
Develop and enhance internal processes within the department.
Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
