What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Manager position at Tawa Supermarket Inc?
- Marketing: Advertising properties, creating community materials, and organizing events
- Screening: Verifying potential tenants' information and conducting background checks
- Negotiating: Negotiating lease terms and conditions, and closing deals
- Processing: Processing lease applications and preparing lease agreements
- Managing: Managing lease renewals, expansions, and terminations
- Maintaining: Maintaining a portfolio of properties for rent and ensuring properties are well-maintained
- Reporting: Preparing reports on leasing activity and occupancy rates
- Communicating: Providing customer service to tenants and prospects and communicating with property owners
- Coordinating: Coordinating move-in and move-out processes and handling tenant complaints
- Complying: Ensuring all lease documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations
- Traveling: Traveling is limited but is required by projects. Visiting all properties at least once on a quarterly basis is necessary.
Requirement:
At least 5 years experiences in commercial property leasing, management and brokerage activities including reporting, lease negotiation, documentation and
administration required
Real estate license required
Actively approach potential tenants.
Real estate agent/broker license is preferred
Knowledge of Real Estate legal related documentations.
Strong knowledge of Google Apps and MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,etc.).
Effective oral and written communication and negotiation.
Ability to multitask, sales, marketing and customer service.
Strong problem solving, decision making, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to travel is required.
Bilingual in English/ Mandarin preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
