Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately document incoming produce shipments and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Maintain precise inventory records through meticulous data entry and correction of product logging information.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers and warehouse team members to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support adherence to company policies and regulations related to receiving processes.
- Collaborate with departments to optimize workflow and interdepartmental cooperation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the receiving area to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Monitor inventory rotation principles as directed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and other Google apps.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on supervisor instructions.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for data entry tasks.
- Visual acuity to inspect products.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment associated with food production.

Compensation:
The pay range for this job is between $19 / Hr. - $20 / Hr. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
