Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Tiki Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant tropical-themed bar. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a deep knowledge of bar operations and tropical cocktails. You'll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high service standards, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment.
- Lead, train, and schedule bartenders and support staff.
- Develop and maintain a creative, high-quality drink menu with an emphasis on tiki-style.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply control for beverages and bar supplies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve and guest issues promptly.
- Work with marketing to promote events, specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Track sales, control costs, and report financial performance to management.
- Maintain the bar's unique tropical ambiance and brand identity.
