Job description
- Heavy Phone handling of Customer Service Team phone line
- Ensure effective, efficient, and timely customer care for orders received via email and phone; polite and courteous response is critical
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems as they occur, getting to the root cause of the concern efficiently
- Enter orders timely and accurately as received
- Communicate critical issues and information to team members and supervisor to ensure problem resolution.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when speaking and responding to customers
- Experience in customer care or combination of education and work experience conducive to providing quality, prompt, and professional service preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as professional telephone etiquette
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Able to work effectively as a team and/or independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
