What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Administrative Assistant position at Tax and Accounting Firm?
A rapidly growing accounting and tax firm is seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, able to learn new software quickly, works well with minimal supervision and has excellent customer service skills. At least one year of professional office experience is required, preferably in a client-facing role. This position begins in Mid-January and ends in Mid-April.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include:
- Interacting with clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Explaining our services and answering questions, reaching out to senior staff as needed
- Maintaining client information in our firm’s software
- Scanning and organizing client documents
- General administrative tasks
- Helping management and senior staff with projects as needed
