Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Pay: $18/hr
Part Time: Mon-Fri; 9:00AM-5:00PM; in office
Job Overview:
We are a growing tax planning and filing firm and are looking for a full-time customer support specialist to help clients in the completion of the information and document collection process needed to fulfill tax planning and preparation services. Our customer service team interacts with clients via telephone, email, and text. Additionally, you’ll be working with the Tax Planning team to ensure clients and Tax Planners are prepared for appointments. No tax experience required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Complete training on systems, products, and services to effectively assist clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clientele through phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Managing and collecting documents from clients for tax filings.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience is required
- High school diploma
- Communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Computer, typing (50WPM), and technical skills are required
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in the work environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple systems at once
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
