Your Day-to-Day:

• Be the Hero: Serve as the main point of contact, bridging the gap between clients and Tax Professionals.
• Keep the Lines Open: Regularly communicate with clients to update them and ensure they’re happy and informed.
• Get Organized: Examine and manage client accounts, collect necessary documents, and maintain detailed records.
• Solve Problems: Assess taxpayer financial reports and manage a diverse pipeline of cases with precision and care.
• Handle Escalations: Tackle complex cases and handle phone escalations like a pro.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Navigators: 2 years in Case Management preferred.
• Pipeline Pro: Experience managing a large case load or high-volume pipeline.
• Organized Dynamo: Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Coachable and Curious: A student mentality with a passion for learning and growth.
• Call Center Guru: Previous experience handling high call volumes is a plus.
• Relationship Builder: Great at connecting with people and following up.
