As a Client Document Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and satisfying experience. In this phone-intensive role, you will engage with a high volume of customers daily to collect essential tax and financial documents. Your efforts will directly support our teams in quickly and effectively addressing client cases, all while delivering top-notch service and building strong, positive relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls using a dialer system.
- Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and client-obsessed manner.
- Educate clients on the importance of document submission and address any questions or concerns.
- Successfully collect required client documents to meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall company objectives.
