POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be the frontline in engaging potential clients, understanding their tax related challenges while being able to give them the protection and help they need. This role is pivotal in helping clients regain financial stability through effective communication and tailored solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with prospective clients regarding their tax problems via telephone calls.
• Evaluate prospective clients’ tax issues by asking questions designed to identify the source(s) of their tax liability.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of our services, tailoring solutions for clients’ while assisting them in achieving financial relief.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all client interactions, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate with the team to share strategies and insights, contributing to overall sales performance.

• Phone sales experience is preferred but not a requirement.
• Driven and hardworking, with a keen interest in learning and personal growth.

• Excellent communicators, capable of building trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
