POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Case Manager at Tax Relief Helpers, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through the tax resolution process. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they understand their options, gathering necessary documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, guiding them through the tax resolution process.
- Assess client needs and provide personalized case management to ensure timely resolution of tax-related issues.
- Collect and review financial documents, forms, and other relevant materials from clients to support their cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including tax professionals and attorneys, to develop and implement customized solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s case management system.
- Monitor case progress and follow up with clients regularly to provide updates and ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Educate clients about tax relief options and advocate on their behalf with tax authorities, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or some college
- 1 years of experience in case management, client services, or a related role; experience in tax resolution is a plus.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and standard office software, such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of tax relief programs and processes (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
