ABOUT THE ROLE:

TaxRise is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and oversee a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing social media lead generation ad campaigns, optimizing audience strategies, and handling significant ad spend across multiple platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns, including setting up ads, optimizing performance, funnel management, and audience segmentation.
• Oversee tracking, attribution, and analytics to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Manage a high-value advertising budget, overseeing large daily expenditures of across multiple platforms
• Lead a team that includes a Digital Marketing Assistant and a Mexico-based call center, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitive strategies.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to support business goals.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and effective.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and advertising platforms to optimize campaign performance.
• Identify new opportunities for growth, including emerging advertising platforms and audience segments.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing channels.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Proven experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns
• Strong background in performance marketing, tracking, and data-driven optimization.
• Experience managing teams, including onsite or offshore teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and make strategic decisions based on performance insights.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, ROI calculations, and campaign performance optimization
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub is a plus

PAY RANGE: $85,000 - 100,000 per year bonus structure
