What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Preparer position at Tax Solutions Plus?
Tax Solutions Plus is seeking a customer-focused CTEC tax preparer to join our team! We are a rapidly growing tax firm with a need for a goal oriented, enthusiastic individual who is seeking full time employment for our upcoming tax season from 8am - 5pm from Monday through Friday. We also have a part time position available with flexible hours. Our seasonal CTEC tax preparers perform a variety of activities related to income tax preparation and the delivery of excellent customer service. Pay rate is $18 DOE. Motivated individuals will be duly compensated.
Job Requirements:
· Must be available from January to May
· Must be CTEC certified with PTIN
· Tax experienced preferred, ProSeries knowledge a plus
· Must be able to effectively communicate with clientele via phone, email and in person
· Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines
· Prepare and maximize accurate tax returns
· Ability to multi-task different administrative duties as well as tax preparation
· Bilingual Spanish and English preferred but not required
