With over 36 years of experience in the industry Tax Zone Inc is an established and growing accounting & tax firm located on John Young Parkway. Here at Tax Zone our clients are our #1 priority and we treat everyone like family. We are currently looking to hire a Tax Accountant who is ready to join and grow with our team. You will work with tax software, sales tax reports, and review of financial reports for insurance audits.
Prior tax experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to work with tax software, such as Tax United/Tax Wise, or similar.
- Prepare tax return forms for individuals and corporate returns
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively.
- Keep tracking of the requirements and information of our engagement.
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Pay: Open salary depending on previous experience
Experience: EXPERIENCE IN TAX SOFTWARE. The ideal candidate is someone who has a background in tax preparation and knowledge about payroll management and Bookkeeping.
