The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description Under the direction of a higher-level Special Investment Officer (Program Director), the incumbent will serve as Special Investment Officer (Assistant Program Director) for the New York State Secure Savings Program (Program). In this capacity, the incumbent will: • Assist with program implementation and ongoing day-to-day management of the program.• Lead the evaluation, development and implementation of strategic plans, program policies and procedures related to the design, operations, management, marketing and administration of the Program. • Serve as the Program’s lead on all policy matters, including statutory, legislative, and regulatory matters at both the state and federal levels.• Oversee all the Program’s data management and analysis needs, including ensuring secure transmission and storage of confidential data in compliance with applicable laws.• Develop and maintain working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Program meets the needs and expectations of the Board, participants and other interested parties.• Support the development of Request for Proposals, oversee contracts on behalf of the Board and monitor budget plans to support the needs of the program.• Perform tasks as needed for all Board meetings, including preparing presentations, reports, and communications.
The minimum qualifications required for this vacancy. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience.
