Who we’re looking for
This is a chance to join a small, passionate team and take the lead in scaling TaxGPT’s growth and driving real impact.
We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Hacker who thrives on experimentation and optimization. Your focus will be on paid advertising and outbound marketing, as well as creating and managing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and convert them into customers.
Since this is a key role in shaping our growth strategy, we’re looking for someone based in San Francisco to collaborate in person with the CEO, CTO, and CFO to bring innovative ideas to life.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive growth plans that leverage paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and outbound marketing channels to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns: Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement Outbound Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns, including email & LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and direct mail, to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Conduct A/B Testing and Data Analysis: Perform A/B tests on various marketing elements, analyze performance data, and derive actionable insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay ahead of emerging trends and innovations in growth hacking, paid advertising, and outbound marketing to maintain a competitive edge and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What makes you a good fit
- Proven experience in growth hacking, with a strong focus on paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and outbound marketing.
- Experience in developing outbound marketing channels.
- A portfolio of successful growth campaigns with measurable impact.
- Expertise in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- A creative, results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to wear multiple hats with a strong drive for rapid career growth.
