Our firm’s extensive experience in collection, bankruptcy, and assessment matters offers our clients full-service representation related to their receivables.
The Collections Department at Taxing Authority Consulting Services P.C. is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team! The QA Specialist will be responsible for aiding the leadership in ensuring that the collection team is delivering a quality customer experience to our clients/taxpayers with accurate information.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, document, and provide feedback on how the Collections Team interacts with customers/clients by monitoring, reviewing and auditing calls, worklist, emails and chats.
- Create detailed monthly reporting for scorecard/agent progress.
- Coordinate and participate in calibration sessions with leadership.
- Make recommendations for improvement / training classes.
- Ensure that standards and processes are followed and observed by all team members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Bilingual a plus but not required (English and Spanish).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time and tasks to meet established deadlines.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or similar role.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good Attendance.
