What you’ll do
. As a Payroll Processor, your duties during a standard week will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Preparing payroll for clients, on time and accurately
- Preparing quarterly payroll tax filings weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Union Reports
- Supporting additional payroll and clerical projects as needed
- Assist our accounting department with bookkeeping
What you need to apply
- 1 year of payroll experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- A unique aptitude for figures and problem-solving
- The ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects for multiple clients simultaneously
- Payroll experience is preferred—but we will train the right person
