Job Description :

As a Real Estate Agent with Deese Real Estate, you will be responsible for representing clients in the purchase, sale, and investment properties. You will use your knowledge of the local market, negotiation skills, and customer service to guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic agents who are looking to grow their careers with a reputable and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investment properties.
  • Provide expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and property values.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the transaction process from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and direct mail.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage client databases.

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Washington State Real Estate License.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or willingness to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using MLS, CRM software, and social media for marketing.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and transactions.
