Job Description:
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work with clients in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community environments. You will help implement behavior intervention plans, assist with skill development, and monitor client progress. You will play a key role in promoting positive behavioral change while ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals you support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collect, record, and report behavioral data
- Support clients in achieving daily goals and improving behavioral skills
- Assist in daily activities and skill-building exercises
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in behavioral health is preferred, but training will be provided
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain clearances
