Job Summary
TBHS is a dedicated provider of behavioral health services, committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, and a passion for implementing effective behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency in intervention strategies.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans effectively.

Pay: $79.74 - $84.30 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
