As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and helping bake the cookies in store. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring cookies are baked, decorated, and displayed (Employees under the age of 18 are not permitted to bake and use the ovens)
- Making and serving coffee beverages.
- Scooping ice cream.
- Stocking cookie board and maintaining a clean and sanitary store front.
- Assisting in opening and closing the store.
- Serving and connecting with guests with genuinely care and enthusiasm.
- Take customers’ pre-orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting in the panning of cookie cakes and boxing bulk orders.

- Ability to stand up for 8 hours.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
