What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Team Member position at Taylor Chip?
As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and helping bake the cookies in store. This is an exciting PT opportunity (Thursday-Saturday) where you would learn new skills and interact with all of our cookie friends. Looking for someone who would have the ability to work at either our Hershey Fresh Market stand or our Broad Street Market stand.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring cookies are baked, decorated, and displayed (Employees under the age of 18 are not permitted to bake and use the ovens)
- Making and serving coffee beverages.
- Stocking cookie board and maintaining a clean and sanitary store front.
- May be responsible for opening and closing the store.
- Serving and connecting with guests with genuinely care and enthusiasm.
- Take customers’ pre-orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting in the panning of cookie cakes and boxing bulk orders.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand up for 8 hours.
- Have full dexterity of fingers, hands and arms to use a computer / cash register.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
