What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Training Consultant position at Taylor Commercial Foodservice Inc?
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and lab instruction on commercial foodservice equipment, including dessert machines, beverage units, grills, and other products manufactured by Taylor and our sister Middleby Brands.
- Develop training and presentation aids using for educational and technical use.
- Travel to various domestic and international locations to deliver training and to assist with other learning exercises.
- Support training for additional disciplines, such as sales and administrative personnel.
- Support distributor efforts in training corporate customers and the equipment end users.
- Support field service efforts including equipment repair, troubleshooting, trade shows, new product development, and large-scale product rollouts.
- Maintain the state-of-the-art training facility and secure equipment and supplies.
