We are looking for a dedicated Salon Supervisor to help lead our talented team and ensure a smooth, successful day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, client/resident flow, and service quality
- Prepares and manages the Taylor Community Salons' budget, purchasing, and billing.
- Supervises beauticians.
- Coordinates weekly salon appointments.
- Promotes positive inter-departmental cooperation in scheduling and transporting
nursing residents to salon appointments
- Works as a regularly scheduled Salon beautician weekly; assumes all duties outlined in the job description of a Beautician.
- Promotes the Salons services and products to residents and staff.
- Maintains Salons' inventory, equipment, and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Current and valid NH Beautician's license.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a salon or beauty industry, previous experience working with senior clients preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Familiarity with salon management software is a plus
