Position : Building Systems Maintenance Technician

Description : Taylor Community is currently hiring an experienced Building Systems Maintenance Technician to assist with work orders and maintenance projects. We offer opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform skilled tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair and installation, carpentry, painting (interior and exterior; sheetrock repair), HVAC maintenance, and Maintenance inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and perform annual preventive maintenance checks.
  • Assist with snow removal as needed.

    • Total Compensation : We offer competitive wages and benefits, including :

  • Full-time hourly position
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for under $100 per month
  • Paid time off (PTO) and 401k with employer match

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care facilities preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid NH Driver's license
  • Ability to provide work references
  • Strong dedication to customer service and ability to work independently
