Job Requirements:
- Licensing: Must be licensed in one of the following trades-Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical-with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- On-Call Rotation: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation is required, ensuring that we always have support when needed.
- Snow Removal: Assistance with snow removal duties is expected during winter months.
