Summary: This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies; assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, shipping, receiving, posting, cancellation, and other queries.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and posting items for sale online and on social media company accounts
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Organize and gather detailed information about inventory for posting online on various sales sites.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse and inventory
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the department manager.
- Skilled written and oral communication

- Proficient MS Office applications and online site administration
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
