What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trucking Attorney position at Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd?
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with significant trucking and/or transportation litigation experience. The position requires a self-motivated attorney who is able to manage their own cases, and work with others within a litigation team.
Experience:
- 5 years of trucking/transportation litigation experience (required)
- Experience with cargo losses and damage claims for goods in transit (preferred)
- Experience and knowledge of a full spectrum of litigation issues for clients in the trucking and transportation industry (asset)
- Prior use and familiarity with Pro Law (asset)
License:
- Licensed to practice law within the State of Florida (required)
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (required)
