The Associate Dentist plays a crucial role in delivering quality dental care to underserved communities, focusing primarily on children and young adults.
Responsibilities:
- Provide various dental services to patients with the support of their team.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in community activities to promote oral health and create positive experiences for patients.
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (where required).
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
- Able to work flexible hours, including Fridays and Saturdays.
What We Offer:
- Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
- Student loan repayment assistance up to $1000/month may be offered for specific locations.
- Sign-on bonus may be offered for specific locations.
