About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate pediatric dentist to join our team. As an associate dentist, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to promote oral health and create memorable experiences for patients.
- You will take care of your community while participating in activities to promote a positive image of the company
- You will join in morning huddles, plan your day, and let your team know how much you appreciate them, highlighting great examples of customer focus, collaboration, meeting goals, etc.
- You will love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
Qualifications and Benefits
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- The ability to work Friday/Saturday (8AM - 5PM)
