We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team at Taylor Dental & Braces - a Benevis company. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of your team.
About the Role
The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing high-quality dental services to patients aged 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending on location). The role involves working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient office flow and provide exceptional patient care. Participation in morning huddles is required to plan the day and highlight great examples of customer focus, collaboration, and meeting goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including guaranteed base pay in excess of $210,000 with uncapped earning potential, no lab fees, short-term disability/long-term disability and basic life insurance plans paid for by the company, a 401(k) retirement plan, and company-paid malpractice insurance coverage.
