Competitive Pay and Bonus Opportunities
We offer a pay range of $45-$55 per hour, with additional compensation for productivity, and a generous sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $10,000 for full-time positions or $5,000 for part-time roles.
We are currently looking for a Dental Hygiene Professional to join our team and assist us in our commitment to community health. Your role will encompass providing excellent patient care and valuable educational services.
Your Responsibilities Include :
- Delivering compassionate, quality dental care to all patients.
- Performing direct patient care tasks, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride applications under the supervision of a dentist.
- Enhancing patient experiences through exemplary customer service and by offering same-day care opportunities.
- Educating patients and their families on effective oral hygiene practices.
- Assessing patients’ dental health and reviewing medical histories.
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Guiding patients through the treatment process with expertise and empathy.
- Assisting with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
- Taking x-rays and ensuring they are appropriately documented in patient records.
