As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in delivering direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Your responsibilities will include delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient, providing excellent customer service, educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction, assessing the dental condition and needs of patients, and reviewing patients' medical history.
Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, with a pay range of $40-58 per hour, negotiable depending on experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for production pay, comprehensive benefits package, including 401K, paid time off, and continuing education credits. You will also receive opportunities for hygienist continuing education, reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses required to obtain or renew certifications, such as CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc., and certification trainings provided by the company.
