Description: We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide direct dental care and support under the supervision of a dentist while delivering quality patient experiences. Your responsibilities include performing dental procedures such as scaling, x-rays, and educating patients on oral hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient
• Providing direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
• Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
• Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history
• Responsible for adhering to all government regulations and company standards
Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
