Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of one or more projects, managing all phases from conceptual design through construction document delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subconsultants, and project teams.
- Define roles and responsibilities, and manage expectations.
- Direct and execute work, with authority to speak on behalf of the firm.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education in an AEC-related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a professional architectural office setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing projects, including scope, schedule, and budgets.
- Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods.
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
