Taylor Diversion Programs (TDP) in Sheffield, PA is seeking OVERNIGHT adult “mentors” for their residential independent living program which they operate for adjudicated, at-risk youth, ages 14-21. Located in Sheffield, PA, an employee in this environment is a caring, responsible individual who serves as a trusted guide to all youth enrolled in the program. As an overnight mentor, he/she ensures that youth are in a safe environment throughout the night shift; bed checks are expected every 10 minutes and youth are properly cared for if/when needed. The typical work schedule is 5 days/week. Full-time overnight mentors earn $13.00 to $15.00/hour...based on experience and will receive a health benefit, which includes dental and vision, valued at approximately $5000.00.
